Privacy policy

A simple site with a simple policy.

The public Emma Review is a read-only website. It does not ask visitors to create an account, submit a form, leave comments, join a mailing list, upload files, or provide personal information.

Public visitors

The application does not use advertising trackers, build visitor profiles, or sell personal information. Its hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical information—such as an IP address, browser details, request logs, and strictly necessary security cookies—to deliver and protect the website.

The private parent Studio

This does not apply to general visitors. Two approved parents can choose to sign in with Google to manage Emma’s reviews. Google provides the verified account name and email needed for sign-in. The private Studio stores review drafts, published reviews, edit history, and parent-selected restaurant or food photos.

Optional parent tools

Inside the private Studio, a parent may choose to use transcription or writing assistance. Only content the parent deliberately submits is sent to the configured service for that request. The application does not retain an uploaded audio recording after transcription.

Questions or corrections

The site owners can correct or remove published material and private Studio content. Contact them directly through the details you already use to reach the family.
